Stephen Spencer + Associates provides insights, strategies and action to maximise the value of its clients' customer journeys.

Working within the attractions, retail and hospitality sectors, the consultancy draws upon the experience and expertise of its team of industry leading professionals, as well as Stephen Spencer himself.

The logo features a compass, giving direction, and spelling out the letters of POSITIVE – the key principle of their training programme (and a development from its previous identity). The logotype is bold and uses a plus sign in place of an ampersand, reinforcing the theme of 'positive'.
